This place is a value for money, mid range kind of place in a pretty expensive area. The hotel is massive and a bit older but rooms have been refreshed and are generally alright. Nice balconies and view. Attached to the services club so seems to attract a lot of oldies on pokies tours etc. Still a good location and the dance floor in the services club isnt too bad for a drunken dance late at night. Reasonable pool and spa facilities and wasnt overrun with kids on my visit which was nice.

Aged building however well maintained! Thr service was really good. Good breakfast and bar they have. It is a big venue and we had great time for a conference. Very close to the water and retail amenities. You will enjoy your beach walks.

Reception seemed very lost on check in. Didn't explain how to get to our room as there are 2 towers. Asked for 2singles to be made up for the children. Never happened. My bed was old and collapsed. Location wise is very well placed. House keeping only turns up every 4 days to change towels and give replacement garbage bags. I wouldn't recommend this place. May consider the oaks or beachcomber next visit.

Air conditioning broke on 1st day they moved me to a much older style room and low floor after a night of listening to water dripping from ac vents. Couldn't fix it until morning shift arrived. Staff was as helpful as they could be. Both rooms were comfortable but had a better view from the high floor.

The room was good size and beds comfortable. Buffet breakfast was tasty and ample food right upto close. Pool and spa nice as they weren't busy. Local to lots of restaurants and shops and waking up with a view of the beach was something I could get used to. Thank you for a nice stay. Would definately return.

I was overcharged one extra night initially. I attempted to get in touch numerous times. They eventually refunded to amount, yet without any apology Hotel bar does not open and the set openjng times. Based on the receptionist, it is only open if there are people Rooms are very far away from reception. poor service for a few thousand $$$

The place has spacious rooms. Getting very old and furniture appearing to be from last santuary.. Needs a super re vamp. Staff is really happy to help. Had no problems here, but looking at other lux apartments around felt like I could have done better in the same price.
