Stopped in for lunch today and was pretty happy with the overall experience. Staff were friendly, drinks cold, food tasted good and was promptly served. Note my schnitty was ordered without chips.

Pretty good drinks here, service was quite bad however as we waited a bit just to place a order. Great atmosphere on the rooftop. Drinks were pretty good too and food was decent

We wound up here after our work Christmas lunch booking was cancelled at the last minute. The staff took all 10 of us in even though we didn't have a booking, the service was excellent, the food was great and the cocktails were good. My only gripe is that the music was SO LOUD as the afternoon progressed. It seems a shame that a lovely venue full of people drinking and dining and talking had to scream to be heard. The music was good, just way too loud.

Thank you to the entire team at the Shelbourne Hotel. We had a lovely corporate event there last week and everyone enjoyed themselves. All ran smoothly and the food was great, and the staff were excellent! Would highly recommend it for private or corporate function. (We used the LinQ Bar and loved it!) Thanks all!

Such a great venue and fantastic spot for a function! Had my sisters 21st here and I couldn't be happier with how the event ran, the service was great and the food was superb. Ive also dined here a few times and never been disappointed for the quality of food. Highly recommend for a night out or private event.

I feel like Shelbourne is always a kick on venue, ive only ever come here when its after an event. Serving salads, mains, pizzas and small bar plates. Doesnt feel like you were in the middle of the CBD. A lot of white, fairy lights and rattan very coastal feel. Full bar, so whatever you want! Wine, beer, cider, spritz and cocktail menu. Handmade House Pizza On 11 inch thin and crispy bases handmade in-house MARGHERITA roma tomato, buffalo mozzarella, basil leaves, herb oil $21 - love the addition of the buffalo mozzarella, super cheesy! SPICY SALAMI hot calabrese salami, onion, jalapeno pepper, stracciatella $24 - not too hot, just right! Always good for a kick on!

I was discriminated by the staff here and told I was drunk when sober. I have a disability which affects my appearance and I will never go near this hotel again.
