What a perfect spot to spend a few weeks in Sydney. We are used to staying in the best hotels, but we need a long term stay place where we could have a kitchen, laundry, and some good space, ideally a separate bedroom. We were lucky enough to book the Pullman Grand Quay, where the staff could not do enough for usthey really went out of their way to be helpful and get us settled. We were here for a wedding and so we had a lot of clothes for the whole weekendway too much for the small bedroom closet. No problem at the Pullman! Up came a garment rack and a small chest of drawers. No request is too small or too large and the stuff is just nice, especially David the manager who helped us when we first arrived. The food in the restaurant is pretty good, and the locationwell, its simply sensational! It doesnt get better than this. We highly recommend this hotel for any long staynot bad for a short one, too! Great team, great spot, great hotel! Im sorry we have to leave in a few days!

Position, high quality room and excellent service at the most beautiful restaurant in the area. We can eat peacefully and have a conversation with Great ambiance. one always feels so looked after by the manager Vino, Who manages to make our experience always feel special.

You should really be able to select 6 stars for the location of this hotel. The views over the CBD and harbour are insanely good. Great spacious room made our stay perfect. The pool wasn't quite as warm as I'd hoped but it was still so relaxing.

The hotel had what we sought. Location near ferries, trains and tram. Views of the Bridge and Harbour that exceeded expectations. Floorplan for our family (2 bedroom, 2 bathroom). In unit laundry was small but got the job done. Breakfast in Q Dining (see separate review) was a great way to start each day. When we returned after several days for a second short stay it felt really great to be back.

The location and views (from a deluxe harbour view room) were just fantastic. There amenities were in general very good...comfy bed, good couches a(for a change)and good TVs etc. BUT...for the very high price there were some stingy penny pinching that seems inappropriate. The maintenance is lacking - sticky door to veranda, very difficult to lock door to veranda, broken ironing board, single ply toilet paper. 3 of the 4 lifts were out of operation (did they tell us when booking....did they tell us when checking in....was there a rate reduction...NO to all the above. They did leave a little note on the coffee table though). Each and every time we wanted to use the lift it involved a significant wait..many times having to wait for the solitary lift to make more than one trip. We also got locked out of our room due to the batteries in the lock going flat, which took 4 trips to reception...over 30 minutes with 1 lift!

Amazing Location! Friendly and Great staff, service! Great coffee! The beds were comfy, pool and gym was nice. Spa had a leak so I asked staff to fix it, then the next morning the spa was fixed for us to relax in! I would have liked to see more environmentally-friendly initiatives and would encourage the hotel to take the lead.

The room is nice overall. Location is great. Great view from the balcony. However, the service is disappointing. One of the rooms that I paid for was wet the entire time. We called room service to get it fixed, they promised it should be fixed at the end. Ended up still wet and had an awful smell because of that for 5 days!

Brilliant service, so helpful and happy staff! Beds super comfy and rooms large. Best location with amazing views. Everything was pretty much perfect
