Will definitely stay here again! Was a perfect getaway for the evening. We paid for a basic room which is what we wanted. Even though it was a basic room, we had a wonderful view out to the Harbour & were welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine and a card from the staff to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff were friendly, accommodating & were great with our kids. Valet parking was a bonus with friendly & helpful staff. We were told we could delay our check out time so we could explore the harbour as well. Overall a really great experience!

The only real downside to the hotel is the road flyover right out the front. Although this goes quiet at night, it can be quite noisy during the day for those rooms facing the front, and the traffic starts fairly early. Other than that, the hotel is excellent; spotlessly clean throughout, very friendly and helpful staff and our superior twin room was spacious and comfortable. There is a wide variety to choose from at breakfast, and even a chef on hand cooking fresh eggs and omelettes to order. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to both the central shopping areas and Darling Harbour, which can be viewed from rooms in the higher floors. Overall a great place to stay.

Room was dark, dank and dirty. The entire hotel seemed like it could use a good cleaning. The beds were incredibly lumpy. The room we were given is nothing like the bright beautiful pictures shown online. Our walls were either gray or black. Only a couple of the lights worked. The chair actually pinched my hand because it was broken and not fixed. The entire place feels like it could use some care. We left within hours of arrival.

Very nice hotel, excellent location close to darling harbour where you have many things to see and do. Room was a decent size, beds were comfy. The room we stayed in looked as though it is a little overdue for a makeover. The buffet breakfast was very good. All in all it was nice stay.

We stayed for out 38th wedding anniversary. We were able to check in a little early, Chad was very helpful and when we reached our room we had a bottle of wine and some chocolate coated strawberries waiting for us with a lovely card to wish us a happy anniversary. Room was spacious as well as the bathroom, bed very comfortable and was ever so quiet. We had breakfast in the restaurant and was lovely, you could even get a fresh omelette made if you wished. Only a 5 min walk to Town Hall Station and 10 min walk to Darling Harbour. We had a wonderful stay.

I booked directly with the hotel a superior twin room with seperate bath and shower for 3 of us. The concierge sent us up to a room with 1 king bed and no bath. We went back down to the lobby and told the concierge that I had booked a twin room, obviously 1 king bed does not suit 3 people, with a bath. She told me she could give me a twin room but not with a bath and we would have to wait for it to be cleaned. So we waited in the lobby. Spent about an hour trying to check in and didnt get the room I booked.

Woke up every hour sweating, no fresh or moving air, when i spoke to reception they told me aircon is motion activated on a 30 minute timer. I had to turn on the air-conditioning every hour, all night. To sleep in a room with no windows and no fresh or moving air is nuts. Do not stay it this hotel.
