Lovely grounds. Check in was efficient and the front desk was very friendly and pleasant. The rooms are spacious and modern. The bar serves a decent selection of food but could add more to the cocktail menu and gets busy. For a hotel consisting of 200 rooms, the bar may need to be extended in future to accommodate more people especially if there is a wedding or function on. Unfortunately that weekend trying to contact room service was almost impossible with no one answering (and this during normal business hours) and service was slow. After hours menu should also be more extensive. Staff were hospitable. Decent selection at the buffet breakfast but found the air conditioning too strong especially for a crisp cool spring morning but lots of natural light. Overall would stay again.

We had a wonderful relaxing weekend away at the Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury to celebrate our anniversary. Beautifully renovated historical hotel surrounded by manicured gardens, with the best buffet breakfast in their lovely Gazebo Restaurant. We stayed in the spacious junior suite with a small balcony which had beautiful views of the gardens and the mountains in the distance. Our room also had all the modern tech with the latest gadgets to fully enjoy our stay. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a shout out particularly to Paris who gave us excellent local recommendations and was more than happy to answer all our questions. An added bonus was a lovely dessert tray and card for our anniversary that the hotel surprised us with when we came back to our room one evening! Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel that impressed us from when we arrived to when we left. The staff were very polite, kind and catered to all our suggestions and requests. The room was bright, well furnished and clean. We loved playing pool on the large table in the bar area while listening to music from the jukebox. The indoor heated pool and spa were enjoyable to sit in on a winters night. I would highly recommend a stay here if you are in the Hawkesbury area.

We have attended 2 weddings at this venue and really impressed both times. Absolutely beautiful views/location, outstanding service - rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Beautiful bar to relax in whilst waiting for reception to commence. There are so many options available for weddings big and small in a setting that there is beauty everywhere you look. The staff cant do enough for you, and the buffet breakfast is up there with the best of them. Highly recommend this venue.

Stayed a night with my partner for my birthday as a surprise. From the welcome at the front desk to leaving. There was nothing that I could fault. Every staff member that we meet during our stay was friendly and always said hello with a smile. The room was beautifully renovated room beautiful big bed, bathtub and clean and smelled amazing. The breakfast was exceptional and I need to make mention chef Rav on the omelette station. Best omelette I have ever eaten. All food was fresh , well presented and you should be proud of your breakfast team as they do you a great job. Definitely worth the price of the room and will be back again soon.

THIS HOTEL IS... FANTASTIC. Its design captures the essence of the Blue Mountain nature. We stayed for a night and had a great time. We spent hours at the picnic area by the pond after morning hike. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely go there again with group of friends and family. And, the rooms were sparkly clean and nice. 100% recommend it!
