Bad Service , Bad food , Bad attitude . Had a bad experience at the Coaching station when we took a large group for lunch for the mother in laws 80th birthday , the food was appallingly slow , came out in batches , when it did it was ordinary, the steak was so tough I couldn't eat mine , the staff did not care. So I wrote a review on another reviewing site . The Station manager replied to that review , taking no responsibility , making out as it was our fault and made derogatory comments about me ( the customer ) , management attitude obviously reflects in the standards in the business , perhaps management is the problem?

Publican had a poor attitude. Service was terrible. Overpriced food, drinks and accomodation. Continental brekky was NOT included as stated. Would not go back and advise others to avoid the place. Crowie has removed all his stuff from the museum.

The room was lovely with a great view but terrible food in the pub. Both our meals were pretty shocking!

Great location but the food was terrible (yes, that bad) and the service was poor. Definitely will not visit again.
