Been coming here for years. Upper level balcony is the best sunny / people watching spot in Newtown. Specials every day (including weekends) and the staff is lovely. Great vibe!

Amazing food! Pizza's are outstanding and very authentic. However, we did have an issue with getting our complete orders. When we mentioned it to staff, their attitude was: " The kitchen is really busy and we'll try to complete the orders." It never came, so we had to go up to the kitchen ourselves to retrieve the missing items. If an order has gone out, the priority is to fully complete those orders FIRST. Being rude is never cool.

Awesome pub with the best balcony & viewpoint of Newtown. Grab a drink and enjoy the sunset. Fantastic food, the burgers/chips/fish/salads & pizza are all delicious. Plenty of drink options and their cocktails are quite good (the dark n stormy is usually my go to). There's lots of entertainment on at the Newtown Hotel, you can watch the drag stars and they have comedy on the top floor. Worth checking out and plenty of rooms/spaces to enjoy with mates. Cheers!
