Wow this was the best pub to buy a beautiful meal. Will be going back again today for the third day in a row for lunch and dinner. So lovely to go somewhere these days and feel you have value for money especially as there were seven of us eating.The meals are presented like any five star restaurant but without the high price. The value is amazing. Kids meals $7.50 both my grandsons devoured their large bowls of spaghetti bolognaise saying its the best they have had. Congratulations to management definitely the chefs and staff. Super relaxed atmosphere. The retro theme adds to the charm. If I lived here I would never have to cook for myself.

As a local, I eat at The Middle Pub at least once a fortnight. There meals are very reasonably priced. Just their chefs are not consistent with meals. So depends what days you eat there, what your meal you get. Service staff are great especially Lola!

Such a great pub. We stayed upstairs in a family room. It was really comfortable and clean. Would recommend this as a place to stay if you are passing through and want an alternative to Byron. Only negative was the 6am vacuuming

Pub meals - good price but small meals. Accommodation was honestly terrible. Rooms below average! Bed, TV and fan. Filthy shared bathrooms. NO washing facilities, NO fridge, NO comunial kitchen, NO windows, NO curtains. All balcony lights left on all night, Balcony music speakers left on till close of business. I would highly recommend finding other accommodation if your wanting a comfortable nights sleep with the basic comforts

Rocked up at three, had a beautiful lunch (salmon and lasagne). Lovely service. Great to have a pub that isn't extortionate!! Fabulous music & cheap drinks

Super sharp pricing for solid pub classics (and a few others), nice relaxed environment and some of the friendliest staff I've ever dealt with.
