Hey Guys Well done on the reopen. The food was yum, had the snitty ! Love that you have Mud House on tap, the wine and beer selection is great. Looking forward to live music and Trivia down the track. ....Lake Cathie really needs something and you have the potential to be it, please don't drop the ball as I'm excited to make this my local.

Just went to the new bistro at the tavern for lunch with a group of friends, my meal chicken schnitzel, you would think what could go wrong well if you like dry, over cooked and tasteless. Well this would suit you. Another customer near us did not now they also serve plastic in some meals at no extra cost.

Wow!! First time to dine at Lake Cathie Tavern today. My partner and I were greeted with friendly staff. The prices were reasonable and the food was amazing. Highly recommend dining here. Im looking forward to going back.

Friendly staff, reasonably priced meals, hopefully better when the renovation is finished,, a family with kids sitting right next to the bar for dinner was uncomfortable,Reno's seem to be taken a very long time.

First visit since the Reno's - booked a table for 6:30pm on a Friday. We arrived early, waited in line to order for 15 minutes to be told, there is 100 people in front of us, and a 1.5h wait. We didn't order, and left. I booked the table thinking it would probably be busy, but if you can't handle a full house and cover it quickly, more staff or an easier menu might be on the cards. We left with empty stomachs and super disappointed for our "first experience" since the Reno's. I'll be hesitant to book for dinner again.

Came here with the fam on holidays. I ordered the Beach Boy pizza which was fantastic! The renos are also coming along nicely, should be great once complete.
