From the money you walk in to checkout the staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was great, the bed was soft and big. The shower was nice, towels were soft and bigger then other hotels Ive stayed at. Our room over looked the pool and town, the balcony was nice to sit and have a coffee and meal. The hotel is in the perfect location, easy to walk to shops and walk to river. Cant wait to comeback and stay again

I have stayed here before and this time just as great. This is one of the best places I've stayed at. The view is magic , river rooms worth it watching the beautiful sunsets and sun rises. Love the boats going by the the water splashing. Room super clean and comfortable. Just love this place. Superb location. Wish I was staying longer this time but short visit for a wedding. I'll be back

Nicest Ramada in the universe! Everyone was friendly and the room was glorious (the sunrise from our balcony was awesome) there are multiple food/bev options on-site its in a great location. After check-out, the host graciously allowed us to leave the car so we could wander around the city for a few hours. Well done yall, thanks from Texas :)

I stay here regularly for business, about 40-50 nights a year. They are always welcoming and make me feel appreciated as a regular guest. Very happy with the quality of rooms, the cleanliness and proximity to great dining options. Can't beat the view of the river at sunrise and sunset.

The weather was awful when we were there so could not enjoy the Balcony. Room overlooked the river as promised and the view from the small balcony would have been excellent if the wind and rain had allowed us out there. The room was mostly clean. There was a hair on a pillow that did not belong to us but otherwise it was good. There is no toaster or microwave in the room. The mugs for tea and coffee are a good size and not those tiny cups that hold two sips that you find in most places. The staff were all very friendly and eager to help. There are several places to eat within walking distance, although they all seem further away in the terrible weather. Woolworths is also close. The room was quite small but as it's designed for only two people, it is adequate. There was a table and chairs as well as a chair at the desk and a patio setting out on the deck. The bed was quite hard, but I like that. Tv was a good size for the room. Bathroom was roomy with a separate shower and spa bath. I would definitely stay here again if I got a deal like this time. It's a bit expensive for me at full price but worth the money.
